Millions of children elected the Hero of the Rights of the Child 2019

Children in DR Congo honor activist against child marriages

Today, children in DR Congo have revealed that, since 40 years ago, the fight against child marriage and the equality of girls ‘ rights has been identified as the 2019  Child Rights Hero and recipient of the children of the World Prize (PEM), often referred to as the « Nobel Prize for children » by the media around the world. Dr. Dyalchand while supporting girls, involves boys and men in India in the fight for gender equality.

Murhabazi Namegabe, Director of BVES, had obtained this noble distinction from the children of the world in 2011.

Le Parlement d’Enfants de la Province du Sud-Kivu, dans son plaidoyer à l’occasion de la Journée Nationale dédiée à l’éducation (à travers l’Assemblée Provinciale) demande au Gouvernement Provincial d’allouer 25% de son budget annuel pour l’amélioration de la qualité de l’enseignement et supprimer tous les frais scolaires illégaux dont la prime mensuelle pour enseignants, en dollars américains, exigée aux parents d’élèves, depuis des années.
